Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains what information IT SOFT ARM collects through this website and how it’s used.
Information we collect
The only information we collect is what you choose to submit through our project request form: your name, email address, company name (optional), project type, budget range, and project details. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site.
How we use it
Submitted information is sent directly to our team by email to respond to your inquiry. It is not stored in a database, sold, or shared with any third party other than the email service used to deliver the message to us.
Data retention
Since submissions are delivered directly to our email inbox rather than stored on our servers, retention is governed by our own email account's storage, not a separate database we control.
Your rights
If you'd like a copy of what you submitted, or want it deleted from our inbox, please reach out using the contact form and reference the request — we'll handle it.
